MACHINA II/Friends and Enemies of Modern Music é un álbum da banda de rock alternativo estadounidense The Smashing Pumpkins, que foi editado gratuitamente a través de Internet o 5 de setembro do ano 2000. É unha secuela de MACHINA/The Machines of God, e é o sexto álbum da banda. Son tres EPs compostos por caras-B e versións alternativas, e un dobre LP que é o actual álbum. Tanto este como o álbum anterior son conceptuais e contan a historia dunha estrela do rock que se volve tola.

En abril do 2011 a banda anunciou que tiña plans para unha edición física deste álbum, feito que se produciría cara ao ano 2013.[1]
