Thanks for moving files from gl.wikipedia to Commons. I'm also migrating pictures, and as I am administrator, I am checking duplicated pictures and deleting those wich are already at Commons. The process is a little bit slow, but at time I make sure that the categories of the pictures are fine.

@Estevoaei: Hello! That is great! gl.wikipedia have some amazing photos so thats really great to have them moved to Commons. {{Non verificada}} made me unsure if there was a problem or not. I also tried to improve mw:Extension:FileImporter/Data/gl.wikipedia. Moving files with FileImporter is really easy if the templates are translated correct. --MGA73 (conversa) 23 de outubro de 2020 ás 20:56 (UTC)

{{Non verificada}} was used some years ago, because many pictures uploaded between 2004-2007 haven't got a propery license, so I'm also checking that, asking the users which license they want for their pictures.
Perhaps you can help me moving the pictures at Categoría:Imaxes de Dinamarca; at gl.wiki they are at a generic category, but in Commons there are many specific categories that I don't know. I'd really apreciate it! :) --Estevo(aei)^{fálame aquí} 23 de outubro de 2020 ás 20:59 (UTC)

@Estevoaei: Sure! I moved them and tried to find categories for them on Commons. I changed FileImporter a bit more.

If there are many files that are uploaded with the same text etc. and that text should be changed before it is moved to Commons it should be possible to do so with a bot. For example "Own Work (autoría propia)" and variants of that should perhaps be changed to "{{own}}". Wow! The files on Usuario:MGA73/Sandbox are mostly Categoría:Imaxe do día (but there are 585 pictures on this category and 591 on your Sandbox; I'll find which six aren't in your Sandbox). I'll contact again with the uploaders of the files on Usuario:MGA73/Sandbox2 to check the license or delete the pictures. There are 346 pictures left; most of them, 227, are Category:Imaxes de Lugo (pictures from the city of Lugo), without description. Before moving them to Commons I'd like to rename them according to the place they were taken (name of the street, the building...). I noticed that Zone 3 in Galería_de_imaxes_de_Lugo#Lugo_(dende_a_estrada_vella_de_Santiago_ata_Ramón_Ferreiro_-_Avda._de_Madrid) have the text "(dende a estrada vella de Santiago ata Ramón Ferreiro - Avda. de Madrid)". All 227 pictures in Categoría:Imaxes de Lugo are from that "Zone 3: dende a estrada vella de Santiago ata Ramón Ferreiro - Avda. de Madrid" (Galician for "from old road of Santiago to Ramón Ferreiro Street - Madrid Avenue"). It covers the university campus, with some identified buildings (i.e. faculties), but there are some unidentified places, like small streets, or even stranger things (I don't know what to do with Ficheiro:100 1467.JPG and Ficheiro:100 1474.JPG). As you can see in the history of Galería de imaxes de Lugo zona 3, I've been changing the names of some files wich I could identify. It would be fine if you can add the exif date and "Lugo: ?" in description! And maybe we could change the names of the remaining pictures, for example from "100 0697.JPG" to "Lugo 0697.jpg", move them to commons:Category:Lugo and wait for somebody who could add a better description. I think that it is a good idea to rename the files and perhaps make a post at "A Taberna" and ask if some users from Lugo can help identify some of the photos.

As for Ficheiro:100 1474.JPG it is a derivative work, so unless Xelo2004 is also the photographer of the original photo then we need to know who took the original photo and when. Unless photographer died more than 70 years ago it is not a free file. So I think the photo should be deleted.

Problema en commons

Hola, MGA73. Lamento no poder expresarme en inglés. Tengo este problema en Commons. Subí una versión de este fichero [File:Las devastaciones de osorio Español.svg] del usuario Risantana. Mi versión es esta:[File:Las devastaciones de osorio gl.svg] y quisiera borrar esa versión porque tiene un defecto en el título y voy a subir la versión corregida.

Otra cuestión: no sé si al subirla a Commons, lo hice correctamente. Mi versión se basa en la de Risantana, y aunque está modificada, no sé donde debo colocar el reconocimiento y aparece como que yo soy el autor. @MAGHOI: Non fai falta eliminar o arquivo; na sección "Historial do ficheiro" aparéceche a opción "Cargar unha nova versión deste ficheiro" (link). Do mesmo modo, editando a información, en vez de poñer "own" podes poñer un link ao arquivo orixinal, e en autor poñer o nome de Risantana. Unha encomenda: no texto, poderías facer tres cambios? *Devastacións -> devastacións (maiúscula innecesaria); *cidades aldeas -> cidades, aldeas (incluír unha coma despois de 'cidades'); *aldeas e pobos -> aldeas e lugares (entidades de poboación).
