Eumeces schneideri é unha especie de escíncido endémico de Asia Central, Asia Occidental e África do Norte.
Etimoloxía[editar | editar a fonte]
O seu nome específico schneideri púxoselle na hora do zooloxía alemán Johann Gottlob Theaenus Schneider.[2]

Recoñécense cinco subespecies, incluíndo a subespecie nominotípica.[1]
