Desmodus draculae é unha especie extinta de morcego vampiro que habitou América do Sur e Central durante o Plistoceno, e posibelmente no Holoceno temperán. Era un 30% máis grande que o seu parente vivente o morcego vampiro común (Desmodus rotundus). Foron atopados restos fósiles desta especie na Arxentina, México,[1][2] Ecuador, o Brasil, Venezuela, Belize, Bolivia e o Perú.[3][4][5]
