Alfian bin Sa'at, nado en Singapur, o 18 de xullo de 1977, é un escritor, dramaturgo e poeta singapuriano, enfant terrible do seu país, é coñecido polas súas obras provocativas. É musulmán malaio de ascendencia minang, hakka e xavanesa.
Traxectoria

[editar | editar a fonte]Foi alumno de Tampines Primary School, Raffles Institution, e Raffles Junior College. Alfian foi presidente das sociedades de dramaturgia de RI e RJC e participou no programa de artes creativas.[1][2] During his two years at RJC, Alfian received the Kripalani Award for Outstanding Contribution to Creative Arts.[3]
As súas obras de teatro representáronse en Malaisia e Singapur e hoxe día traballar para o grupo de teatro W!LD RICE.[4]
