Monday at the Hug and Pint é o quinto álbum de estudio da banda escocesa de indie rock Arab Strap, publicado en Europa o 21 de abril de 2003 a través do selo Chemikal Underground e nos Estados Unidos un día despois por Matador Records.[1] O álbum conta con aparicións de Conor Oberst e Mike Mogis de Bright Eyes e Barry Burns de Mogwai, entre outros.
O título fai referencia ao The Hug & Pint Bar and Club, antigamente situado en Falkirk, Escocia.[1] Un local independente de música en directo, "The Hug and Pint", na Great Western Road de Glasgow, recibiu o nome do álbum máis tarde.[2]
