Nun mundo onde os súper heroes son comunmente aceptados, os fillos destes edúcanse en Sky High, unha prestixiosa institución que desafía as leis de gravidade. O rapaz Will, fillo do famoso Comandante Stronghold e a veloz Josie Jetstream, acaba de iniciar as clases e encóntrase cun terrible problema: non ten superpoderes.
