Young the Giant é un grupo musical de rock formado en Irvine (Estados Unidos) no 2004. Está formado por Sameer Gadhia (vocalista), Jacob Tilley (guitarra), Eric Cannata (guitarra), Payam Doostzadeh (baixo) e Francois Comtois (batería). Coñecido anteriomente como The Jakes, Young the Giant asinou con Roadrunner Records no 2009 e lanzou o seu primeiro álbum Young the Giant no 2010. Os tres primeiros sinxelos, "My Body", "Cough Syrup" e "Apartment" acadaron o Top 5 nas listas musicais alternativas dos Estados Unidos.
