(Disclaimer: I can easily to lose this conversation because it's not one of my main wikis and I don't watch it. Thus I am trying to resolve all issues in ~1 edit) The sentence is very understandable: "baricenter of polygon is the point of intersection of its medians" (you can correct me if I something misunderstood). So there are 2 errors: 1) median of arbitrary polygon is ill-defined thing; 2) if, for example, we take segments from vertex to center of some side, you can easily check that for rectangle the statement is false.
