Norman Percevel Rockwell, nado en Nova York o 3 de febreiro de 1894 e finado en Stockbridge o 8 de novembro de 1978, foi un ilustrador, fotógrafo, pintor e autor estadounidense célebre polas súas ilustracións da vida cotiá americana, moitas veces cheas de ironía e humor.
O seu atractivo para os americanos radica na súa reflexión sobre a cultura popular americana a través dunha pintura figurativa moi expresiva. É coñecido por ilustrar de 1916 a 1960 as portadas da revista Saturday Evening Post.
