As linguas skou occidentais son un grupo de linguas que forman unha subdivisión da familia de linguas skou. Fálanse na provincia de Sandaun, en Papúa-Nova Guinea. Foron chamadas skou occidentais por Donohue (2002), skou interiores por Foley (2018),[1] e vanimo occidental da costa por Usher (2020).[2]
