A lingua gondi (Gōṇḍī) é unha lingua dravídica falada por preto de tres millóns de persoas (2011)^[1] do pobo gondi,^[2] principalmente nos estados indios de Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh e por minorías pequenas en estados veciños. Aínda que é a lingua propia do pobo gondi, está moi ameazada, xa que só unha quinta parte dos gondi fala a lingua. A lingua gondi ten unha rica literatura popular, exemplos da cal son as cancións de matrimonio e as narracións. O pobo gondi está etnicamente emparentado cos telugus. O gondi está clasificado como "vulnerable" polo Libro Vermello das Linguas Ameazadas da UNESCO.^[3]
