English: Kingdom of Romania, 10 kronen, 1919 (Provisional issue) with over-stamp (using a 1915 Austro-Hungarian note).
The 1919 provisional issue of Romanian banknotes used an earlier Austro-Hungarian Bank issue. The black circular over-stamp generally on the front side served as validation of legal tender status in the Kingdom of Romania.

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
