Mario Puzo
Mario Gianluigi Puzo, nado o 15 de outubro de 1920 no barrio de Hell's Kitchen, en Manhattan (Nova York) e finado en Long Island o 2 de xullo de 1999 foi un escritor e guionista estadounidense.

Prolífico escritor sobre a mafia, a súa obra The Godfather deulle fama internacional, sobre todo tras ser convertida nunha das máis populares películas da historia por Francis Ford Coppola, guionizada polo propio Mario Puzo.
