Bai Ling (白靈 en lingua chinesa), nada o 10 de outubro de 1966 en Chengdu, Sichuan, é unha actriz chinesa radicada e nacionalizada tamén nos Estados Unidos. O seu nome significa "Luz/Espírito branco". É principalmente coñecida polo seu traballo en filmes como The Crow, Red Corner e Wild Wild West, e en series de televisión como Entourage e Lost.
