America's Sweetheart é o álbum de debut en solitario da artista estadounidense de rock alternativo Courtney Love. Foi editado o 14 de febreiro de 2004 a través do selo Virgin Records. Trátase da súa primeira edición dende a ruptura de Hole no ano 2002, e estivo precedida de moi mala publicidade debido aos seus problemas legais e coas drogas. O proceso de gravación comezou en Los Angeles no ano 2003, pero debido ao problemas de Love as sesións víronse afectadas. Na primavera do ano 2003 Love trasladouse a Francia para re-gravar o disco.
